Investigations began in earlier this year following a number of complaints from locals who alleged that male
customers were paying for sexual services at the two local massage parlors: Classical Music
Massage Center at 3385 Mt. Diablo Boulevard and
Body and Sole located at 3381 Mt. Diablo Boulevard
Based on the evidence police uncovered during the investigation, search warrants were obtained for both locations.
On
Wednesday afternoon, Lafayette police went to both parlors to
serve the search warrants.
Authorities had to force entry.
Evidence
of sexual activity was found at both massage parlors and the recovered items
included money, condoms, business records, and clients lists.
Two arrests for prostitution were made as a
result of Wednesday’s operation, 44-year-old Li Liu of San Ramon and
41-year-old Xiao Chen of Concord

Additionally, 25-year-old Yang "Jason" Chen of Pleasant Hill was arrested for pimping and conspiracy.
Two females were released after being interviewed.
